Advocating for Euthanasia Patients as Technicians This case-based lecture explores how technicians can actively advocate for their small animal patients to ensure a peaceful, pain-free, and dignified death. This session will analyze the specific protocols for pain mitigation, tailored sedation for anxious patients, and troubleshooting compromised venous access. Participants will leave with practical tools to confidently assess patient comfort, communicate effectively with the veterinarian, and implement low-stress techniques that honor the human-animal bond.
