BVM Published LVT Rules

Hello-

MAVT and MVMA representatives worked with the Minnesota Board of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) to create PROPOSED rules for LVTs. The BVM has posted these rules for public comment, which will end on May 17, 2025.

These proposed rules support the statute that was signed into law in 2024. Both the statute and rules will take effect July 1, 2026.
